The Schmahl Company, now in its 6th generation, has been a leading partner of the international sawmilling industry since 1859. Specializing in the individual requirements of our customers, we develop and produce specially adapted cutting tools for use in sawmills. Our technically competent service and sales forces enable us to meet the needs of our customers.
Our success can not only be explained by constant further development in the field of circular- and gangsaw technology. We set industry standards with versatile and state-of-the-art production facilities.
The production of saw blades, adapted to the respective challenges in the sawmill, is our specialty. Due to our high level of vertical integration, i.e. material procurement, construction and the finished saw, we are able to serve the most diverse customer needs.
